From Maiden to Mother...I'm Ready!!

The stories of being ready & not ready.
In January of 2023, I had this opening occur & this knowing move in…I am ready.
It was an energy, a story, I carried with me throughout the year.
I’m ready to be of service.
I’m ready to set down roots & ground in.
I’m ready to receive abundantly.
I’m ready to be successful & thriving.
I’m ready for a partner & my home.
I’m ready!
Now in hindsight, I’m seeing what it created. What that story created.
I was in a constant state of longing, looking, seeking, searching, measuring, comparing.
I was in a constant state of waiting.
Oooo is this it?!
Oooo maybe this is “IT”!!
And while there wasn’t a huge amount of attachment, it was still present.
There was still the energy of ‘I’m waiting to find….’
I had a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the opposite of this story through a friend this year. Their story was “I’m not ready.”
I’ve gotten to observe, through my perspective, what that created. What the energetics of that specific story created.
It has been so interesting to see the blocks, the openness, the resistance, the triggers, the fear, the attachments, the lack of boundaries, the shadow, etc. To see what both stories allowed & did not allow.
To see things still come to life & be created in spite of the stories.
In reflection, what I am realizing is that the stories we want to write & be the main character of, have nothing to do with being ready. Or not ready (again they are lies created by the mind).
What it is about is being open.
Being open to opportunities. Open to seeing. Open to receiving. Open to being.
Life is about being open to opportunities & experiences that are coming toward us.
And remaining open for what they have for us & curious about who we are in them.
