These 90 minute sessions are for the woman who has a specific health concern/goal in mind that she really needs guidance & coaching around.
In this session, I will help you design a custom wellness plan that will address your concern by using nutrition, movement & mindfulness. These sessions will have a holistic approach, like all of my coaching does.
You also have the option of having your human design & birth charts included. These tools give me insight into who you are as a person, who you are meant to be, how you are meant to digest, & how to nurture yourself at the very core of who you are.
